CaptionSeam 0.1.0

CaptionSeam is a zero-dependency Node.js CLI that preflights one explicitly selected SubRip subtitle file before publication or handoff. It reports malformed cue blocks, invalid or nonpositive timestamp ranges, sequence anomalies, out-of-order cues, overlaps, long gaps, mixed line endings, missing final newlines, UTF-8 BOMs, and unsafe control or invisible formatting characters. It reads strict UTF-8 locally, never uploads or edits subtitle text, and refuses incomplete analysis above deterministic file, line, cue, or finding limits. It does not establish media synchronization, translation quality, accessibility quality, player rendering, or correctness for the associated media.
