gene-archive 0.2.0

gene-archive generates a family history website from one JSON file. It includes an interactive family tree, person cards with documentary sources, scans and PDF previews, family narratives, a places map, and GEDCOM import/export. The interface supports English, Russian and Romanian. Generated HTML can be hosted on GitHub Pages without a database; an optional self-hosted Python server adds comments, correction proposals and a browser editor with roles and git history. Designed for families, genealogists and developers who want to own their data and publish evidence-backed research. Requires Python 3.10+.
