OfficeDex is an open-source desktop office suite for macOS and Windows. Create and edit DOCX documents, PPTX presentations, and XLSX spreadsheets directly, or use optional AI assistance to draft and refine work. Workspace files are stored locally. The current release is free under GPL-3.0. Hosted AI uses Credits, and external providers may charge API fees. Prompts and relevant context may be sent to the AI service you select.
