PhpWiki is one of the earliest WikiWikiWeb clones implemented in PHP. Wikis are used for collaborative and per default authorization-less editing and provide a natural markup for structuring and easy hyperlinking. PhpWiki requires little initial configuration, comes with plugins and many built-in page extensions, and is fully gettext-internationalized.
