Source Log Auditor

Source Log Auditor reads a local CSV containing topic, jurisdiction, source title, source URL and checked date. It checks column names, required values, HTTP(S) URL syntax, calendar dates and duplicate combinations of topic, jurisdiction and URL. All records must pass before it prints JSON Lines. It trims surrounding spaces from field values, including the optional review note. Invalid input produces errors on standard error and exits with code 2. The program uses the Python standard library and makes no network requests. It does not verify source availability or regulatory accuracy. The public source document includes usage instructions, the complete Python file and its MIT license. Haul Handbook publishes the utility.
