Export_GIF + Animate-Yo 1.0
Animate-Yo and export_gif are Inkscape extensions to generate animated slides. Where export_gif assembles layers via ImageMagick or Pillow into GIF format, and interprets some SVG animate instructions. Which the companion tool can craft for documents.

Added more animation support in export_gif, some pacing support, and a redesigned dialog with more flags. Additionally now bundles svgelements for animateMotion path traversal. Animate-Yo (v0.5) also got a compact notebook for global options.
