Camera source log checker 0.1.0

Camera source log checker reads a local six-column CSV of model-specific research questions. It reports incomplete documented or observed answers, duplicate model/question pairs, invalid dates and source URLs with embedded login details. Unconfirmed questions can remain open. The tool makes no network requests, uses the Python standard library and reports findings as text or JSON. It does not verify source truth or camera compatibility.
