ST360 LCD Linux 1.0.0

Linux support for the 7-inch 1024x600 LCD on the Thermaltake ST360 Ultra ARGB Sync (USB 264a:234d). Supports desktop mirroring, brightness and rotation controls, and saving standby images/videos and boot animations in the panel's flash. Includes a PyQt6 desktop app with a media library and draggable hardware-monitor widgets, command-line tools, protocol documentation and a Nix flake. Tested on one ST360 under Wayland; other Thermaltake panels and X11 capture are not confirmed. Licensed GPL-3.0-or-later. Protocol framing builds on Minecube Studio's work, credited in the repository.
