Zecnero (zecnerod) testnet-v0.1.2

Zecnero is an open-source fork of Zebra, the Rust Zcash node. It keeps Zcash's Sapling and Orchard shielded transactions and replaces the Equihash proof of work with RandomX-Zecnero (RandomX v1 with its own Argon2 salt), so ordinary desktop CPUs are competitive mining hardware. The release bundles the node (zecnerod), a bridge, an XMRig-based miner and a key tool for Linux x86-64, with signed SHA256SUMS. Public testnet only; testnet coins have no value.
