Programming language 42 1.0.0-alpha.1

This is the first public release for 42; a secure OO programming language, well suited for paranoid programmers. A strong type system based on reference capabilities (type modifiers) and object capabilities keeps aliasing, mutability, and I/O under control, allowing sound modular thinking.
