Agent Tools 0.1.11

Agent Tools is a zero-runtime-dependency Node.js dispatcher and Agent Skill bundle for five deterministic local checks of Claude Code and Codex repository configuration. PermitLint audits permission policy, RuleRoute resolves repository instruction scope, HarnessDelta reviews semantic configuration changes, HookLint checks hook schemas and portability, and PluginProof verifies packaged plugins. One command selects the narrowest checker and forwards only the arguments supplied by the operator. The checkers are static and document their own bounded inputs; they do not prove what a running harness loaded or executed, upload repositories, collect usage events, or include telemetry or analytics. Node.js 20 or newer is required.
