AZ-CLCE 0.2.0 Cross-Layer Consistency Engine.
Kid-plain loopback UI on 127.0.0.1:8845 with four boxes (What it looks like (R), What they wrote (D), What it actually does (P), Missing pieces (N)), giant score, sample fill, Simple/Advanced (Jaccard, types A D). Import JSON/txt r,d,p,n . Export report JSON plus a human .txt receipt with sha256 of the inputs. `clce doctor`. `clce score --import/--export`. Size limits, empty fields OK, no telemetry. CLCE_DEBUG=1.
CLCE detects inconsistency, not intent. Type D is a label only. Not a scanner, not a lie detector.
